The owners of this 1960's rambler loved their location and rear yard pond but craved a new fresh flavor. The solution was to add a mud/laundry room to the front of the garage that provided access to the existing deck and screen porch. A small patio area and new front entry way add stone detailing and a grounded feeling. New vaulted cielings and removed walls add drama and excitement and maximize the view of the beautiful pond.
